so this going by "instinct" thing has worked out pretty well to show me where I'm at and what I need to do to get to the next level and it applies well to all aspects of my life. I's gonna continue this until sometime on my vaca still mayhaps june 1st but I need to look at a calendar, and of course don't have one handy! LMAO

zero bar (kingsize)

pork skins
1 potato wedge
I got 8675 steps I was tied to the register most of the night! lolol so why are the dogs barking?
saw this and facebook and by the by...................."I may have said it with a drawl slower than a crawl but I still did way better than the rest of y'all!
