a good day and blondie

well I had a most excellent day. food was good, met with friends and that was good and I avoided temptation which is GREAT! I belong to a tarot group that meets once a month and everyone brings food. sometimes it's lasagna, or hummus, or crackers etc etc. last night it was donuts, fruit platter, crackers, strawberries, chips, and such, I had planned ahead and had some almonds in my bag so I drank water and had a couple of pieces of cheese with my almonds and was perfectly fine with it no desire to cheat at all!
on the body front for those of you who have never tried low carb dieting your body definitely acts differently once you hit ketosis. see you body is using the actual food you eat as fuel as opposed to having a huge surplus so for me anyway I don't go potty very often mayhaps once every 2 days or so which I cant stand TMI ALERT!
I guess I'm used to going every day well part of my routine every night for the last 20 years has been an enema for me it's like regular cleanliness so that problem isn't a big hassle, it's better than the other way around cause for some folks the switch causes incontinence.this too will level in a few days to a week. the body really does go into a kind of shock when it begins to operate as it should have but our modern diet has the body so screwed up it just freaks out for a moment.
on the eating side for the rest of the day.............
hamburger
beef hot dogs
almonds/cheese
chicken breast
bbq skins
my palate seems a bit one dimensional but alas I am have and always shall be a BIG ole Carnivore. I hate most vegetables and the one I do eat I only eat in unhealthy versions. a salad or coleslaw are about the only healthy greens i'll eat and other stuff like celery and carrots just kill my tummy. I think it's my Viking and German lineage that's at play cause lord knows I've tried over the years to eat what others called healthy including a sting as a vegetarian that landed me on deaths door (the ER doc told me to start eating meat again that some people just cant do without it < a statement of my life experience NOT an invitation to tell me I'm wrong!>)  I'm gonna pick up lots of fish and shrimp on my grocery trip this week. there are some lovely flash frozen individually wrapped fish selections that will work well for me. I seldom do fresh because of the cost as well as the short shelf life.

the next step will then be to get my ass moving more. right now my side is still killing me and I still don't know why, there is no visible rash/injury it feels like the nerve endings are on fire and it hasn't spread. I've went through cortisone cream, lotions, etc etc. I started with a tincture of arnica this morning and we'll see what that does. I'm also gonna take some Benadryl just to help me sleep because rest is becoming an issue. I'm tired of these physical issues and I REFUSE to have anymore gosh darn it. I guess I cant complain too much since I'm 45 on no meds and in good health otherwise. at least in my mind I am for all I know I could be falling apart! LMAO I haven't had an actual MD or DRs visit since 1984!
here's a view of my chest piece which I'm in LOVE with, probably gonna add one more sittings worth I want to extend the space and add another planet or nebula over the books just to make it symetrical.

I do want to switch to a seafood based style of eating but am simply going with the cravings till I get a good week in on plan, then i'll tweak what I'm eating to better suit my needs.
today I had............
beef hot dogs
beef bologna
hamburger
peanuts
bbq pork skins
chicken breast
beef herky
chicken ceasar salad
sunflower seeds
starting to enjoy my food again and my tatse buds are FINALLY working properly!

ravenous and dottie!

rav·en·ous

[rav-uh-nuhs] Show IPA
adjective
1.
extremely hungry; famished; voracious: feeling ravenous after a hard day's work.
2.
extremely rapacious: a ravenous jungle beast.
3.
intensely eager for gratification or satisfaction.

Origin:
1350–1400; Middle English  < Old French ravineus,  equivalent to ravin ( er ) to raven2  + -eus -ous

rav·en·ous·ly, adverb
rav·en·ous·ness, noun

1. greedy, starved, devouring. Ravenous, ravening, voracious suggest a greediness for food and usually intense hunger. Ravenous implies extreme hunger, or a famished condition: ravenous wild beasts. Ravening adds the idea of fierceness and savagery, especially as shown in a violent manner of acquiring food: ravening wolves. Voracious implies craving or eating a great deal of food: a voracious child; a voracious appetite.  It may also be used figuratively: a voracious reader. 2. predatory.

by any definition of the word I AM! lol and right on time I usually get that way when the ketosis is in the process of kicking in, but no worries I'm eating a bit more than normal but of the "right" on plan foods and not anywhere near my carb limit. I'm allowed 20 for induction and today so far I'm at 11 and pretty much done with eating cause i'll be goin to bed in a couple of hours (hopefully!)
I've  eaten
bbq pork skins (2 small bags)
chicken breast
pepperoni
string cheese (only 1)
a 1/4 pound beef hot dog (sans bun!)
I'm feelin good energetically and I finally got some "GOOD" sleep yesterday.
I didn't have time for the gym this week yet but I did 1/2 hour of yoga and I got 18438 steps in yesterday so I'm happy with that.
and YIPPIE blogger fixed it's self and allowed me to post this wonderful list of reasons to exercise!

another day la la la

doin pretty good and feelin ok. we're gonna  just hang tough and go with it. so far I'm stickin with it but the first two to three days are always a bit rough when you're switching the way you fuel your body. I;m an old pro at the carb wars so I understand this and shall be fine.

well blogger still wont let me post pics and the browser is working fine on every other site so obviously it's a blogger issue. I copy and pasted this one but it wont change size as it usually does. I'm a VERY visual person and without pic and sound my inspiration wanes QUICKLY so this is not fun for me. I'm hoping this isn't what the rest of the year is gonna be like because it SUCKS! I know NOTHING about fixing issues and as I said I think it's blogger and not my computer because I'm posting pics video on many other sites (fb,twitter, yahoo)

better late than never

well better late than never for a restart and that's what today is gonna be. I have an appointment for areading at 11am so I gotta get a nap in and i'll hit the grocery store after that for some low carb goodies. got some good sleep so feelin more me today and that's a good thing! lol
and of course blogger is still screwed up and wont let me post pics or videos which boils my blood even the tab is just a block and not the usual orange tab. don't know what the issue is or mayhaps it's only F'ing with me just to test my resolve to blog every day no matter what either way it is VERY annoying!

best laid plans

well y'all know what they say about the best laid plans...............got up last night to pea soup so thick you could cut it (that's HEAVY fog in case you don't know) and it stayed all night it was so bad there was mayhaps 5ft visability and schools are delayed so I wasn't making any stops this morning and the kids were still here so today shall not be my start up day it will hopefully be tomorrow. that being said I'm still eating on plan just not what I'd like.
blogger is bein an arse today and will not post pics or video and keeps telling me I have an unsupported browser whatever in the hell that means its the same damn browser I've been posting with! getting VERY annoyed so gonna cut todays post short lest it turn into an obscenity laden tirade!  PPFFFFTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!

last day of blah and marc almond

today being my last day of unhealthy eating and habits seems strangely anti-climatic. there's no food I MUST have or even want. right now food feels blah to me and mayhaps that's a GOOD thing. the last bit of my "bad" food is some frozen biscuits and a can of chili so probably gonna make bologna biscuits for breakfast and have the chili for lunch then tonight if I have time to eat at all (that's always iffy at work) i'll just eat some string cheese or pork skins which actually is making my mouth water a bit at the thought. I truly do love and enjoy the food I eat when I'm low carbing it so why do I keep goin off plan? depression/expense/self-sabotage?! fear of success is even forse than fear of failure so that I shall be watching for and feel free to call me out or kick my ass if I display those negative patterns again!
so I ate
taco salad which I usually love but didn't even get seconds
pop tarts (YUCK frosting)
chili with crackers
peanut butter crackers (fell asleep and didn't even eat em all threw away 2 out of the pack)
pigs in a blanket
an odd combo I know but as I said cleaning out the cabinets/fridge lolol

a day off..........BLISS

a day off BLISS, you wouldn't think 2 days at work would fry a person but my oh my I seem to have little stamina at this point. I seem to be falling apart at the seams. I have a recurring corn/callus on the ball of my left foot I know it's from how I stand since I had my knee surgery but damned if I can seem to correct it so I have to periodically buy those removers (a pumice stone or sandpaper just don't get it done) so I'm 3 days into wearing one of those pads which drives me nuts. then my right side has some kind of an issue where it's burning. there's no visible rash it just feels dry I tried a and d ointment for a few days and Neosporin for a few with no results so I'm just slathering the hell out of it with lotion at this point which relieves it a bit, add that to my tattoo healing and I'm NOT a happy camper physically. oh it's not serious but it's just annoying and I'm NOT a good patient as I have no patience at all!
of course I shall admit I haven't been taking my vitamins on a regular basis or my airborne so I need to refocus on DAILY health in all ways including preventative maintenance so I've taken my multi-vitamin, drank my airborne , took magnesium for healing muscle garlic to take care of any other issues and drank my water for the day..............now this is day 1 I just ned to remember to do this EVERY day. that with exercise and eating right should show some results hopefully sooner than later. WHY do I (and we) in general NOT do the simple things that we know are good for us.
but I am thoroughly enjoying my time off mentally...........I have given up on current tv (at least until april 6 when game of thrones returns) so I started rewatching charlies angels (I'm on season 2 now out of 5) then I'm thinking, wonder woman, bionic woman, and buck rogers. I do so love me some 70s/80s tv. these shows make me happy, you KNOW the bad guys loose and the good guys/girls are gonna win with style! thye just don't make tv like that anymore.
as far as my eating goes
handful of Cheetos
3 loaded potato skins
5 totinos pizza rolls
6 fig newtons
hamburger on an English muffin with mozarrella (2)
6 ritz crackers
apple
my portions have come way down and my cravings are pretty much under control so that's a GOOD thing. I get paid Tuesday at midnight so when I get off work wed morning at 5am i'll be going to wally and buying my on plan groceries and that as they say is that. not gonna make bold promises or get on my soapbox here but I'm just done dilly dallying around with this. I simply gonna put on my blinders focus on the road ahead and ignore all distractions till I get to where I need and want to be! now I'm STUBBORN as hell so these will not be words said in vain by golly. I'm weighing tomorrow to make sure of where i stand and then will probably weigh on sundays after that since I feel weighing every day is counter productive. oh I know people who swear by it but my body fluctuates too much and seeing a jump would just drive me insane.

i shall not give in and divine

I shall NOT give in nor give up. a beloved blogger I follow has hit rock bottom and laments if there is an escape from obesity at all. well DAMN it there IS! I'm proof I went from being morbidly obese to simply obese and while there have been MANY bumps slight regains start overs, lulls, disastrous binges, doubts, anger, tirades, humiliations and set backs I have NEVER doubted it was possible. I may question the path but not the destination. yes I still need to lose 40 pounds but that doesn't negate the 90 I've lost and kept off for all these years.
I remember that 300 pound slug, I looked like jaba the hut and felt horrible. I couldn't walk without huffing and puffing, couldn't dance, couldn't enjoy sex there are so many things that being that big stopped me from doing. I would have never done a 5k at that weight, or imagined I'd be wearing a medium pant.  may have stalled for a bit but I guess it's like hibernating and I'm FINALLY starting to wake up! I feel horrible when people lose hope but I must admit it also pisses me off and lights a fire under my butt! I'm off for 2 days and by gum I'm goin to the gym tonight! no excuses no doubt!
I think one pitfall we all do is not sticking with it long-term doing a month and then switching the switching again simply wont work long term. find a plan your body likes and stick to it whether it's whole food, paleo, atkins, counting calories, jenny craig, weight watchers (love the meetings but the plan triggered carb cravings/binges for me works great for non-carb addicts) or any other plan . give it at least 3 months and I mean 3 months at 100% compliance and then take an honest look at whether its working and if you can commit to a lifetime. I know diet is a dirty word it's supposed to be a lifestyle change and that's all well and good but most of us have addictions/triggers and simply cant do moderation for many it's chocolate for me it's bread, mayhaps for you it's berries. just as you would with heroin or alcohol AVOID it at all costs. eating as close as possible to you bad/fat diet is NOT acceptable you need to do what's best for your body and don't con yourself with that it's been a bad day I deserve it, I work hard I deserve it bullshit! and that one little bite wont hurt crap is just that one little bite CAN/DOES hurt so as sweet as your mom/nanny may be tell em to stuff it when they offer you that pretty poison. of course you simply must tell your circle what you're doing and they may roll their eyes and doubt you because of all the past failures but pay them no heed and by the by if you're the family cook and you feel the need to make unhealthy sides because the spouse/kids want them REALLY?! the kids have your genes do you want to curse them to follow in your FATsteps?
and as for others they can eat what is put before them or A. go hungry B. cook for themselves.
I have let myself get so out of shape the last couple of months that I'm horrified. oh I keep putting it off and I had my reasons (reasons are excuses with bows) and while they were valid they only prohibited me from what I normally do. I could have certainly (and should have!) found an alternative. there is ALWAYS a way and I KNOW that I just need to kick myself in the arse and get moving.
right now I'm not eating on plan and that needs to change my only excuse is that eating on plan costs twice as much as eating crap and with all my medical bills crap won, plus to be 100% honest comfort food tends to be crap and when I'm in pain that pecan pie and biscuits sure did feel like a hug to me. sad but true. so the plan is to clean out the cabinets over the next couple of days and wed when I get paid buy only food I'm allowed on atkins induction. so lots of meat and eggs basically (you cant have berries/nuts for the 1st 2 weeks) and salads. I'm going to try and limit beef/pork and do mainly fish and chicken. I'm also gonna try and stay away from processed foods like lunch meat and such because of the additives mainly. I'm not looking forward to the 1st couple of days but after that my body responds well to this type of plan.
now about last night somehow or another I got gas and my tummy was icky, no clue why but I was tootin like the band all night. I didn't eat anything that normally bother me so I'm not sure what caused it , oh and on that note...............
I ate:
chicken breast
chicken tenders (3)
3 potato logs
one of those mini pecan pies
a handful of Cheetos
and I did something I haven't done in ages! I had soda it was disgusting but it did do the trick. I drank 3 glasses of caffeine free diet coke to make me belch and boy did it ever but at least the gas is gone. and I can say for certain my craving for soda is NILL! YUCK!!!! I also drank almost a gallon of water.

I did drink my gallon of water at work.
I ate
Vienna sausages
pretzel chips
garlic cheesy bread chips
4 fig newtons
ramen noodles
chicken breast

last day of vaca, getting back in the grove, and martha wash

well yesterday was my last day of vaca and I must admit I'm kinda in a strange place with it. I did nothing other than get a tattoo and go see saving mr banks (good movie but NOT a comedy at all) and I must say I have enjoyed the rest. my sleep schedule however is so screwed up I haven't even went to bed other than mayhaps twice I have been napping at all hours of the day and night in my bean bag or just rolling off onto the floor and crashing. NOT a good thing and I'm so exhausted right now but alas I must stay awake until at least 10 am so I can sleep at the proper time and get back on schedule. at least I have my normal good schedule back this week. off sun/mon and I'm very happy about that!
my eating sucked today!
2 donuts
Cheetos
ham
mashed potatoes
spaghetti with meat sauce (beef/venison)
fig newtons
hmmm well mayhaps not as bad as I thought. for some reason I thought I ate a ton of food today at least that was my perception. funny that?!
otherwise I'm doin fine totally NON-stressed right now. i'll have the money to pay off the eye dr next wed, and then hopefully by the end of the month the emergency room too. I'm guessing i'll get back a couple of hundred dollars for taxes as usual soo mayhaps i'll get that tv I want . I'm watching a 19inch tv dvd combo right now. I don't want anything HUGE but I'd like at least a 36inch possible a 49 depending on the expense. couldn't give a hoot about high def or any of that silliness. to be honest we have the plasma hi def blah blah blah in the living room and it doesn't look any different than the old crappy one in the den to me. I don't but into all the hype! LMAO
I understand about motivation and inspiration and just do it, I do. it's putting that knowledge into practice I need to work out in my life. I tend to get close then just stop caring/trying which is ridiculous and I know that and recognize that I just need to FIX that! I do better with a general goal in mind and a deadline too soooooooooooooooooooooooooo
how about I'm gonna be at 190 by my birthday on may 30th. I'm at 211 right now (guess  that's what it was a week ago) so that's 21 pounds in just over 4 months. obviouslky doable if I get on plkan and back in the gym so I'm gonna work towards that I figure I have maybe 3 more days til the chest is ready to move without hurting. its the side right next to my pit that's the issue as it's "tight" because it's healing and I don't want to injure/damage the tattoo by stretching/pulling it while working out. once I have free range arm movement i'll be good to go. and yes I'm working my legs in the meantime. I've walked a couple of days and did the lower portion of the goddess workout.

random tirade and fmm and sugarland

I read this on my friend kitty Bronson's facebook and apparently it tweaked me so I'm reposting to see what y'all think!

"I don't believe in posting really negative things on other people's posts. I just need to say that it is entirely possible for someone to graduate high school, go to college, take whatever jobs they can, not have kids, not make huge mistakes and be a law abiding citizen and STILL be at or just above the poverty line and not be able to afford decent housing, etc on their own. Wages that do not keep up with the rise of costs make it nearly impossible. To say those who work as ...much as they can, even sometimes 2 jobs and still can not make ends meet and are at the poverty lines that it is only their own fault or because of bad choices, especially when the rich become richer, etc is incredibly insulting. Certain comments I read today really hit hard because my brother, in particular, has had such a hard time and has "followed the rules". He is at the poverty line and works 2 jobs. And I am finding it difficult to find affordable housing for myself at the salary I make but yet I make enough "above" the poverty line. We both have college degrees, those without college degrees have an even harder time."

this was my long winded reply...............................
I agree but at the same time my poor choices have put me where I am, I think in America our "idea" of what constitutes success is skewed horribly. we don't need the huge houses we have our ancestors had one small living area for EVERYONE and the kitchen was where most hung out. we're technologically rich so even our poverty level really is better than most in the past had it. as long as there's a roof over my head and food in my belly and a home filled with love I consider that successful and if I cant have all the "toys" I want (like the 20 or so tarot decks in my amazon wish list) I can be grateful for the 9 I have been blessed with!...............as for the golden years it's ALWAYS been a myth. I grew up in the country in a farming community and EVERYONE from child to grandparent worked every single day in the fields/home till they died and they were content to do so. how many hard working folks do y'all know who retired then dropped dead within 2 years? humans are not meant to be sedentary. I try not to judge others journey but I will say I hear all the time I really need a job , but I'm NOT working nights/weekends/etc etc and not for less than _______ dollars an hour, and yet they can afford cigaretts and a smart phone and cable while paying with their ebt card. I qualify based on income but I have all I need so I refuse to milk the government . just my opinion but if you can afford cable you're doin fine because it's a non-necessary expense that could pay for another bill and the I'm bored I deserve it thinking is erroneous. read a book the library is free, spend time with your family talking mayhaps you might learn something. ...............wow Kitty Bronson apparently this tweaked something in me gonna have to look into that! sorry for the novella on your page! sending positive energy your way darling! .........................(end of comment)

I don't mind admitting I am a spendthrift and I buy what I want however there lives in me the heart of a frugal person. I spend all my money then I can live on less than $20 a week of groceries if I must or I can go months without eating out or buying myself anything if I'm saving for say a new tattoo or such. I think bein a Gemini I see both sides more clearly than most I can go to both extremes easier than most! lol I grew up in a rurual area so there really were no shops around the corner or malls to hang out in. the nearest "city" seemed a million miles away. I actually played outside and created whole worlds in my head (I still do!) my mama made all my clothes till I was 8 (she passed away) and there wasn't even a wal mart anywhere (a kmart 30 miles away was it) so when I grew up I LOVED getting possesions and I still do of course I call it collecting NOT hoarding LMAO but it's a fine line! and I do this with everything, books, dvds, cds, clothes, autographs, people, etc etc........my one true collection is Elvira! and parting with stuff is hard but I do on occasion do it. I refuse to let it get away with me and become one of those silly twits on a tv show needing others to do what needs to be done. that's when I have my SUCK IT UP BUTTERCUP "moment" and just do it!
there is a wonderful book that helped me realize I can be frugal and I enjoy bein frugal so I was forcing myself to be in a position where I had to instead of just doing it and enjoying it..........it's called the complete tightwad gazette by amy dacyczyn and it's wonderful I highly recommend it whether or not you want to be frugal because it's eye opening and insightful too.
I have no idea where this post started or is gonna end up so I apologize for the whiplash y'all but I'm just goin with the flow here. so I slept on it and seem to have nothing else to add so now it's time for fmm..................

1.  What has been your happiest moment in 2014 so far?  getting my chest piece finished it's been a long process (9 hours total) and painful too but ever so worth it.
2. Share the last compliment you received.  I was told my chest is bad ass in line at wal mart a couple of days ago.
3.  What is one thing that you plan to accomplish in the next week? getting back to the gym. it's been a few months, I had an eye issue and just got my chest piece finished so it's been difficult.

4.  What is your favorite TV show currently on air? hmmm that's a 3 way tie, true blood, sons of anarchy and csi (the original)
5.  If you could go anywhere in the world free for the next two weeks, where you go?
new Zealand, it's beautiful or peru to live and study with a shaman in the jungle.
6.  Describe a significant event in your life that caused you to change your values system.
my mama died when I was 8 and I stopped believing or loving God as I knew him. for 20 years I was VERY anti-Christian and I learned a lot about other paths. I now have made peace and I understand that God is the GREAT SPIRIT he who is known by a thousand names and is yet un-nameable. there are a thousand road leading to the same destination and many aspects of the same deity followed by people all over the world. they are all valid as long as the journey is honored and honors others.
7.  What made you decide to live where you currently live?  I was in florida and had LOVED it for 16 years and we had 3 hurricanes hit DIRECTLY onto my town in 3 months. I was without power/phone for 2 of those and it was HOT (over 100 most days) my elderly cat died in the middle of the last storm and my home took some damage I had friends who were from here so BOOM here I landed and then proceeded to hate it for 6 years because it was so different. I'm starting to like it now but it's still a process.
8.  What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think about GOD? why so many get it wrong? God is about love and freedon NOT adherence to strict rules and punishment. he's also about nature and communion with it NOT building the biggest false idols in his name and wearing fancy clothes or judging those who are different. after all Jesus was the first hippie he hung out with lepers and whores and rebels. he is NOT the status quo.
9.  If you could have a long conversation with someone famous (and alive now) who would you choose?  Tina Turner she's been my idol/inspiration since I was a poor little orphan boy growing up in the south feelin all alone and hopeless. her story and voice got me through!
10.  List three things that you’re thankful for today.
            a. one more day of vaca
            b. spirit ALWAYS watches over me no matter how dumb I may be on occasion
            c. my Elvira Mistress of the Dark calendar FINALLY got here (a year without Elvira would be sad!)

Now it’s your turn to answer this week’s questions on your blog.  Don’t forget to come back and link up in the comments.  I’ve been gone for a while, but I hope that you all will welcome me back into your blogging world.  Happy Monday, and Happy New Year!

REALLY?!
so now my left chest and ride side are both ouchy not condusive to rest/sleep! good thing I'm still on vaca , and speaking of that I got YIPPIE news my boss gave me off thurs so I get an extra day, then I work fri/sat and am off sun/mon so I got my 30 hour schedule I wanted back and I am THRILLED!
good golly what did I eat....hmmmmmmmmmmmmm oh yeah

baby it's cold outside! like 5 degrees and a windchill of 12 below 0! BRRRRRRRRRRRRRR@!
my food intake continues to be sporadic. I ate a chicken sandwich from wendys, and a foot long ham and cheese with pickles from subway, though I only ate the bottom half of the bun like an open faced sandwich. then I had an apple. I drank 6 quarts of crystal light and 3 bottles of water.
went and saw saving mr banks and it was pretty good if not my cuppa! emma Thompson did a bang-up  job tom hanks was eh. Collin Farrell was in it as a horrid dad and that's too bad because he's just so gosh darn hot!
glad I'm still on vaca as goin out in this would not be on my list of things I wanna do! lolol

food, fun, and DM

well I'm enjoying mu couch potato status as my chest is so sore I cant life my left arm without ouchies, I also haven't been able to wear a shirt because it wants to stick to the ink as I found out on a really quick cricket run yesterday.
so I forced Xavier to watch the Stand with me LITERALLY, I told him we could have bonding time or baondage time his choice cause even if I had to tie him to a chair he was gonna watch it. (I've been trying to get him to for a year) it took me 3 years to get him to watch dune. and I have decided young people are RUINED he liked it but didn't see why they couldn't leave out all the details and just make a two hour movie.................WTF?! my complaint is they left out too much and could've done a 10 hour movie that encompassed the whole book!

mayhaps the Stand is the ultimate good vs evil film ever made!

on the foodie side of things I just did nibblys
turkey breast slices (ate them twice)
ritz crackers
Cheetos crunchy (sm bag)
pecan pie (one of those tiny .68 ones from wally)
no water but 3 quarts of crystal light
and no exercise at all the soreness has really settled in so hopefully that will be on the wane by tomorrow.
ARTIST OF THE DAY: DAY 5: DEPECHE MODE:
the ultimate synth-pop band their music is angst for the masses and I'm totally under their spell. they've been going strong for decades and just keep getting better. I saw their world violation tour in Atlanta and I LOVED it! oh and here's some trivia for y'all Depeche mode means "fast fashion" .
